We want you to love your RŌZ ritual, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of gently used products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and a small restocking fee may apply.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
