Are RŌZ products suitable for all hair types?

What is your shipping policy?
We offer standard shipping on all domestic orders, which typically takes 3-5 business days. International shipping is also available; rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your hair. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on full-sized products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items must be at least 75% full to be eligible for a refund.
